Phase I: Research and Planning
Phase I begins by meeting with client's to discuss their business needs. Durning this meeting we will discuss all expectations of the site design as well as budgets and time constraints. We will also decide on the preliminary work needed for coding, graphic design, and the gathering of content for the web site. From that point on, we will develop a document of standards and a project management plan. We will begin developing the content area of the site with the clients needs to zero in on their target audience.
Phase II: Design and Produce
In Phase II we will design the basic web site. We will prepare our resources for the direction of the site as well as, develop the clients web presence prototype. We will meet with the client to insure that the web site is progressing in the chosen direction and gain approval of the design. From our client's direction, we will design and produce the full site before the end of this phase.
Phase III: Launch, Test, Maintain, and Improve the site
In the last phase of our design process we will upload the files to the host server. During that time, we will test the site to ensure that the site is working correctly and that all of the resources and links are active and correct. Next, we shall begin promoting the web site so that the target audience can easily find the site before they even begin looking for it. We will meet with our clients and get the proper sign-offs to mark the end of the design project. From this point on, we will maintain and upgrade the site as the clients needs increase and grow.
